Crossings Design Group will make every effort to ensure that your digitized design will be free from errors. However, we strongly encourage you run a sample and verify against the artwork before beginning production. Crossings Design Group will not be held liable for mis-run or ruined garments for any reason whatsoever.

Responsibility for Infringement

The customer desires to engage Crossings Design Group to perform certain services from time to time involving the digitizing of logos, patterns, and/or designs (collectively "Designs") for the undersigned so that the Designs may be embroidered by the undersigned. Crossings Design Group desires to perform the services requested by the customer. Accordingly, the customer and Crossings Design Group agree as follows:

  • The customer represents and warrants to Crossings Design Group that the service performed for the customer by Crossings Design Group will not cause Crossings Design Group to infringe the copyright, patent, trademarks or other rights of third parties.
  • The customer understands that it is solely responsible for obtaining all required clearances and permissions for the use, reproduction, and distribution of the Designs which become the subject matter of the service performed by Crossings Design Group.
  • The customer understands that he/she accepts all responsibility for any infringement of third party's rights based on any of the service performed by Crossings Design Group.
  • The customer shall indemnify and hold Crossings Design Group harmless against all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from the infringement of any copyright, patent, trademark or proprietary right of any third party resulting from the services performed by Crossings Design Group.
